ROR STAY does not charge service fees for browsing properties or submitting inquiries. Any fees associated with property bookings are handled directly between tenants and property owners.

2. Security Deposits

Security deposits are managed between tenants and property owners. ROR STAY does not hold or manage security deposits.

Typical Security Deposit Terms:

  • Deposits are refundable at the end of tenancy
  • Deductions may apply for damages beyond normal wear
  • Refunds typically processed within 30 days of move-out
  • Inspection required before refund processing

3. Booking Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by property and are set by property owners. Common policies include:

  • Before Move-In: Full or partial refund depending on notice period
  • After Move-In: Subject to lease agreement terms
  • Notice Period: Typically 30-60 days required

4. Refund Timeline

When applicable, refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

  • Property inspection: Within 7 days of move-out
  • Refund calculation and approval: Within 15 days
  • Payment processing: Within 30 days total

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are typically non-refundable:

  • Processing fees (if any)
  • Used rent for occupied period
  • Costs for repairs of damages

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of refund disputes, ROR STAY can facilitate communication between parties but is not responsible for final resolution. We recommend:

  • Document property condition at move-in and move-out
  • Maintain written records of all communications
  • Request receipts for any deductions
